At Thrivezone Fitness Store, we aim to provide reliable and transparent shipping for all our customers. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through our fulfillment partner, CJ Dropshipping.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Once your order is processed, it is forwarded to CJ Dropshipping for fulfillment.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Thrivezone Fitness Store works with CJ Dropshipping, which ships products from global warehouses (including China, the U.S., and other regions).

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Destination

    • Product weight and size

    • Shipping method selected

  • Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment.

  • Tracking is provided by CJ Dropshipping and their logistics partners.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Thrivezone Fitness Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Thrivezone Fitness Store is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  • Please wait a few additional business days, as international shipments may experience delays.

  • We will work with CJ Dropshipping to investigate the issue.


8. Multiple Package Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to different warehouse locations or product availability. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
